2019 is the year for me to get back on track. Ever since I moved to New York City, I have had a difficult time staying on a work out plan, finding somewhere I love to consistently work out at, and staying more consistent with my health in general. I have made it a goal for myself to work out three times a week and to try and eat a bit healthier… my motto is everything in moderation.
I try my best to stay on track by:
Booking work out classes in advance…this makes me stay accountable
Booking a work out class with a friend because that keeps me motivated to stay on track
Drinking lots of water so that I stay hydrated and ready to work out!
And… of course… cute work out outfits always keep me motivated!
