Lentil Bowl Recipe

As I have shared in previous blog posts, I follow a plant based, gluten free, dairy free diet, so I like to get creative and make meals that are packed with lots of nutrients. My lentil bowl recipe is something I wanted to share with you all because it’s delicious, healthy, and so easy to make!

Ingredients:

Lentils 

Quinoa or Rice 

Pumpkin or Potatoes 

Cauliflower

Asparagus 

Brussel Sprouts

Vegan Ranch

Truff Hot Sauce
